Training
The mission of CCTU training programs is to provide comprehensive education focused on how crystalline-based technology produces improved, longer-lasting and environmentally-friendly concrete when added during the concrete batching process or applied topically to fresh or existing concrete. Specific focus is given to how crystalline technology interacts with water, in all forms, from the cement hydration process to environmental exposure during the concrete life cycle.

Concrete Pavement Construction and Rehabilitation Training
The concrete pavement construction, evaluation, restoration and over lay presentations are based on years of accumulated knowledge shared by industry experts. The “how-to” information on repairing pavements draws heavily on the Concrete Pavement Preservation Guide , 2nd and 3rd editions. General information on concrete pavement construction, materials and troubleshooting is based on the Integrated Materials and Construction Practices Manual for Concrete Pavement, 1st and 2nd editions. The sections pertaining to pavement evaluation and forensic analysis highlight information contained in the Concrete Pavement Distress Assessments and Solutions. Finally, the concrete overlay information is based on the 4th edition of the Overlay Guide. For your convenience, links to these documents are provided as few downloads. The authors would like to thank the State Highway Agencies, Federal Highway Administration, National Concrete Pavement Technology Center, the American Concrete Pavement Association and countless subject matter experts for the development of these materials.
